Coaching Policies

These policies explain how booking, payment, rescheduling, and refunds work for coaching with Natasha Myers. Please read them before you book.

Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation. They are a chance to talk and see whether a session is the right fit.

Booking

Sessions are booked online through our scheduling system. You must be at least 18 years old to book.

Payment

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
• Prices may change, but you will always pay the price shown when you booked.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• You may reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session, and missed sessions, may be forfeited without a refund.
• If Natasha needs to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund for that session.

Late Arrivals

Sessions end at the scheduled time, regardless of when they begin.

Refunds

• Single sessions and 3-session packs are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• 3-session packs must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase.

Virtual Sessions

Sessions are held by video call on Zoom and last 50 minutes. You are responsible for a working device, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet, private space.

Session Recordings

Sessions may be recorded so you can revisit what you heard. Recordings are shared only with you and used only for your coaching. If you prefer your session not be recorded, just let Natasha know.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is kept confidential. The exceptions are situations where someone’s safety is at risk or where disclosure is required by law.
